Appointment & Cancellation Policy To ensure that all clients receive the best possible service and to keep our schedule running smoothly, please review our appointment policies: • Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will forfeit their shampoo service in order to stay on schedule. • Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late will be required to reschedule their appointment. • We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests. • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as no-show appointments, will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service total.
